The Egocentric Morality Lab welcomes motivated and intellectually curious researchers interested in moral psychology, motivated cognition, and fairness in institutional and algorithmic decision-making.
Our work is theory-driven and methodologically rigorous. We conduct preregistered experimental research, value conceptual clarity, and prioritize cumulative science. Lab members are expected to engage deeply with theoretical arguments, research design, and open science practices.
